Automations | Automatically Generate the attendance cert once attendance recorded is 100%

In a lot of cases, admins would love to automate the cert of attendance but due to multiple ‘Ifs’ and ‘Ands’ they must manually review if the contact on the booking should receive a cert.

We have developed the option to automatically generate the cert based on the attendance recorded.

The automation will only send, when attendance is recorded. If no attendance recorded, no cert will be sent.

Note: we will bill approx 30mins to your priority support plan to configure this automation.

Outcome:

  • The cert is sent to attendees only and not to absent attendees

  • Automation can check daily for newly recorded attendance (incase admin/trainer did not record attendance on first automation check)
