Contact Us

Contact Us is a feature on the main page of your website.

Customers can click Contact Us button and view key details of your business including your location. Additionally, a calendar and a form will be displayed on the Contact Us page. Customers can view the events of any day in the CALENDAR section and fill out the contact us form to send in their queries for your support team to reach out to them.

When a customer fills the contact us form, they will automatically be added as a contact to your CRM along with the Contact Us tag. You will also receive a confirmation mail with their message and full contact information.

Enquire Now

Once a customer searches for a course and views the details of the course, the Enquire Now feature will be available to them.

When the customer clicks the Enquire Now button, they will be redirected to the Contact Us page. On this page, they can get details of your location. Additionally, you can automate reminder emails to contacts who have Sales Quote bookings to convert them into an actual booking and potential revenue.

Newsletter Sign Up

The NEWSLETTER SIGNUP option is available at the bottom of the website. Your customers can subscribe to your newsletters by filling the form in this section.

If a customer subscribes to your newsletter, they will be added as a contact to your CRM along with the tag Newsletter Sign Up. You will also receive a confirmation mail with their message, full contact information and details on which course/schedules they are interested in. Download Brochure

Once a customer searches for a course and views the details of the course, the Download Brochure feature will be available to them.

Waitlist

When a customer’s name is added to the waitlist, they will be added as a contact to your CRM.

This will allow you to advertise pending schedules on your website with the waitlist. For example, build traction before confirming the exact location of your course. Additionally, you can run reports to access waitlist contacts and send automated email alerts to the contacts on the waitlist as soon as a slot is available for your course.

Renewal Reminders

CourseCo offers renewal reminder emails to contacts who had past bookings on the system. These alerts will depend on whether your course has an expiry date range and will alert your students to renew their certification, if applicable.
